Return policy

General Terms

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services subject to return. Special terms and conditions may apply to a particular product or service and are described below. Under no circumstances may the same Service be eligible for multiple refunds. Services must be canceled before a refund can be issued. If your services are suspended or canceled by us for any reason, no refund will be issued. All refunds are processed in the currency in which the transaction was made: the customer is solely responsible for changes in exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of return. If there is no other requirement other than a refund, the payment will be credited to the Azmediapul client's balance. Purchases used in an Azmediapul account can only be returned in the form of an account credit. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional refund requirements may apply subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated to you when you purchase any services.

Special conditions

Funds cannot be returned in whole or in part after full use of the service or after completing a certain part of the service.

Refund Requests

If you believe that a refund for the service provided to you is possible, you can contact support. You must add the following information to your request:

  • For what reason are you requesting a refund;
  • Identification data (for example, user name, transaction number, user email address, date of purchase);
  • Other information required by customer service for the return transaction.
